K1 Speed Partner Boris Said Racing the Rolex 24 hrs of Daytona
After their recent 5th place finish at the 24 hours of Dubai, K1 Speed partner Boris Said and his teammates with Turner Motorsport have their sights on the Rolex 24 hours of Daytona this weekend. This past week of testing at the famed Daytona International Speedway found the Turner Motorsport Team working on getting 3 new cars ready to compete in the various classes. Boris will be racing with Bill Auberlen, Paul Dalla Lana, and Matt Plumb in the #94 GT Class BMW M3, which is the only M3 to be campaigned in the 32 car field that is dominated by Porsche GT3′s and Mazda RX8′s.

Team owner Will Turner stated in an interview last week “This has been a bit of a challenge heading into this event, we have 3 brand new cars we are testing out here to find out what it is going to take to finish this race. So far the cars have run great and this is a true testament to this team to be able to tear these cars down and build them back up. So far our GT car has been the fastest in testing and hopefully we can keep that trend going.”
