Professional stunt riders Jason Britton and Tony Carbajal paid a visit to our K1 Speed Irvine indoor karting center this weekend for our first annual Bike Expo! Sponsored by Kawasaki, the event was a huge success, drawing hundreds of spectators and a wide range of vendors. Attendees not only got to see the latest hardware from Kawasaki and top aftermarket manufacturers, but also got to experience the thrill of indoor karting with our high performance electric karts! Needless to say, we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

After individuals had a chance to walk amongst the vendor booths, meet famous stunt rider Jason Britton from the hit television show Super Bikes! and experience the thrill of wheel-to-wheel racing on our indoor go kart track, top professional stunt rider Tony Carbajal put on a fantastic show for the fans who had gathered. A whole host of adjectives could be used to describe Tony’s performance, but in a word, it was amazing! Performing stunts that appeared to be equal parts brilliant and equal parts insane, Tony clearly demonstrated why he is a professional stunt rider, and the crowd absolutely loved it! It was a perfect way to cap off what had already been a fantastic day, and we would like to thank Tony and Jason for coming out!

We believe that our K1 Speed indoor kart racing centers are ideal venues for events such as this one because they allow individuals to actually participate. Nothing provides an authentic racing atmosphere for a car show or motorsport expo like an actual race track that spectators can compete on, and we believe that this is what sets K1 Speed apart from other venues. It was a pleasure working with Kawasaki, Jason Britton and Tony Carbajal for our first annual Bike Expo, and we look forward to working with other car clubs, manufacturers and aftermarket suppliers in the future!
