K1 Speed in Ontario, California was visited from the new (as of September 30th) world record holder for top speed on a skateboard. Mischo Erban who is a world renoun downhill skateboard competitor, recently set the new record of 80.83 MPH ON A SKATEBOARD! Where does he take his friends and family after completing such a momentous event? He drives them straight down from Colorado to race at K1 Speed in Ontario. He must know that “speed” goes together whether it be on a skateboard or in a go kart. He set some pretty fast times on both of our indoor asphalt tracks, laying down a fast lap of 28.61 seconds on Track 2, and backed it up with with a fast lap of 28.75 seconds on Track 1.
