K1 Speed Irvine Challenge GP Results
A main
What do you know… KC Cook takes the 1st place podium in K1 Speed Irvine’s Challenge GP Season Premier. KC as we know was a amazing competitor last season and proves once again to be another threat this season. But it was a tough battle with Spencer (the Dispencer) rubbing bumpers during the entire race. Paul Ciralli who finished out 3rd place was doing everthing he could to catch up, but those 2 drivers kept pulling away from the rest of the pack. Ultimately KC takes the win in a nail biter.
B main
This was another fun filled race that made us cheer at the antisipation of Austin Yzaguirre and Elie Shline and of course or Championship points winner last season Nicholas Haye. These 3 drivers were not making it easy to move in positions. With there tactical driving and constant focus, lead all three to the podium finish line.
C main
Will Dobrenen, Ryan MacBeth, and Max Shline demonstrated excellence under pressure. Not as seasoned and some of our other drivers, they are on the pursuit to that A main arena. With some hard throttling and some last minute braking, these 3 warped around the track at light speed. A Very new line up which is always great to see on the podium. We look forward to seeing them next round for the next challenge.

For many other children, the only thing on their minds is living another day as they fight a desperate battle to simply stay alive. Sadly, the idea of celebrating Christmas in December may not happen for them.
For kids fighting incurable cancer and other life threatening illnesses, their clock may run out on their life before reaching one of the most magical of all holidays…Christmas!
You can make a difference in the life of a child…a real difference. While you are helping some great kid’s, you can join in the fun too with this unique action/motorsports themed two-day event! ANAHEIM, Calif. – July 3, 2012 – UltraLuxe Cinemas and K1 Speed today announced a new partnership to deliver the best in racing and entertainment. Orange County’s ultimate movie going destination and America’s premier karting company will be jointly offering ongoing promotions, special packages, fan incentives, events and more. K1 Speed’s Orange County karting facilities are conveniently located near UltraLuxe Cinemas’ location at Anaheim GardenWalk, an oasis of outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment in the heart of Orange County.
Beginning in July, K1 Speed will offer a special racing package on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at K1 Speed Anaheim and Irvine locations. Drivers who purchase a three-race package for $50 will also receive UltraLuxe Cinemas “Treat Yourself Like a Kid” passes, which provide the holder with adult admission for the child’s price (up to a 30% savings). Movie goers who feel the need for speed can take their UltraLuxe ticket stub or receipt to K1 Speed to receive a $5 discount off their next race.
Fans can also look forward to ongoing giveaways of movie tickets and K1 gift cards on the UltraLuxe Cinemas and K1 Speed Facebook sites. In July, movie goers are invited to join UltraLuxe and the K1 Girls for Hot Hollywood Summer parties celebrating the openings of The Amazing Spider-Man and The Dark Knight Rises.
