The Race Fan Rally is a yearly NASCAR event on the second Thursday of September and a kickoff event to the NASCAR weekend at the Speedway. Event includes plenty of entertainment on main stage and other locations, food, beer tents, NASCAR drivers, simulators, classic cars, prize and raffle drawings, everything NASCAR related. Event held from 4 to 10pm on Chicago Street and side streets.
