Bluffton Online Booking Terms & Conditions

Online booking for Arrive & Drive public racing is only available for groups of 1 to 8 people. However, if you have a group of 10+ people and would like to consider one of our group event packages. Please CLICK HERE to submit an online booking request for a group event.

• Please ensure that you arrive at the facility at the designated “check-in” time detailed in your booking confirmation email. If you arrive late and miss your race, we cannot guarantee that another race will be available, and a refund WILL NOT be issued.
• Before your first race, all drivers MUST register and sign a Waiver & Release of Liability. Pre-registration is available or can be completed onsite at our Registration Kiosks.
• All racers under 18 years of age will need to have one of the following:
•  >> a parent or legal guardian present on the day they are racing to sign their Waiver & Release of Liability Form.
•  >> a parent or legal guardian to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION and sign a Waiver & Release of Liability. If a parent or legal guardian is not present on the day of the visit, a K1 Speed Bluffton representative may seek to contact them to verify approval of the minor’s participation.
• All drivers MUST participate in a pre-race briefing to familiarize themselves with our safety requirements and track guidelines.
• All drivers will be provided helmets, which must be worn at all times when on the track.
• A valid K1 Speed Membership is required to race. Memberships are valid for one full year from the original date of purchase. If you do not have a valid membership and have not purchased one as part of your online reservation, you will be required to do so onsite before your first race.
• Racers are permitted to bring their helmet, but it must be D.O.T approved and closed-face. Motocross helmets are acceptable provided that they are worn with strapped goggles.

• Please follow the height requirements detailed below when selecting which online race to purchase. Refunds WILL NOT be issued to those who purchased races for a kart type that they do not qualify for.
• Junior and Adult kart races cannot be selected in the same online reservation.

• Online bookings must be paid in full using a valid credit card through our secure online payment portal.
• Gift cards or any other vouchers cannot be applied towards the payment of any online booking package.
• All online booking payments are non-refundable, and race bookings cannot be canceled or rescheduled for a new date or time.
