Duties and Responsibilities: Cash handling duties including preparation of tills, change fund maintenance, and preparation of deposits Customer interaction and auditing of customer experience including but not limited to event execution Ensuring that cashier personnel adhere to correct cash handling procedures and sell effectively Ensuring that track personnel run races safely and efficiently Ensuring that mechanic personnel maintain our karts in peak working condition Ensuring that all staff are strictly adhering to company policies and providing outstanding customer service Ordering and purchasing operation supplies, concessions, and retail merchandise Performing operational paperwork duties including safety, payroll, facility Contributing to schedules and employee communications Corresponding with and providing regular reports to Management Maintaining the effective operational feasibility of the center Maintaining the highest standard of facility appearance including storage areas and the parking lot Coordinate with your Manager and Regional Manager to ensure that all facility maintenance is performed quickly Weekends required Potential to earn tips/commission Job Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to safely lift/push/pull heavy objects on an ongoing basis. 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred, in the following fields: Restaurant, Entertainment, Hospitality, Bowling Alleys, Amusement Parks, Miniature Golf Great customer service skills-Must be able to work weekends and evenings Background Check is required prior to employment Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States Benefits for Full Time Employees Only: Medical, dental and vision benefits. As a Head Mechanic, you will service and maintain our fleet of state-of-the-art, high performance, high speed electric go karts. Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform opening track and kart repairs and performance checks
• Maintain kart performance throughout the day
• Maintain track and facility appearance and functionality
• Keep accurate documentation of repairs, parts inventory, and special projects
• Responsibly maintain supply of tools and machinery
• Respond to emergency situations as they arise
• Ensure that the pit, kart shop and track areas remain clean and safe
• Assist the track crew with track operations in limited situations
• Perform specific facility cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned by management
• Perform closing duties to secure the pit and track and prepare for the following day's operation
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States
• Weekends are a must!

Responsible for assisting in training of new cashiers Ensures compliance of Company policies, procedures and practices; and supports Company loss prevention efforts. Oversees the productivity, breaks and daily scheduling of all cashiers and communicates performance issues to management. K1 Speed is seeking motivated experienced line cooks who are team players. You must excel at multi-tasking with a great attitude, commitment, passion and have a solid work ethic. Applicants should have a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience on the line and have all around kitchen knowledge. Students and graduates are welcome if wanting to cook in a professional kitchen and learn from a professional hands-on chef. Flexibility of schedule and the energy to work hard are a must. Must be able to work weekends, including Sundays. High volume banquet experience a plus. The right candidate will have a track record of mechanical repair experience, preferably in the golf kart, go kart, motorcycle, or motorsports field, and will be self-motivated and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Provide excellent customer service to all K1 Speed visitors
• Run races precisely, on time and safely
• Maintain track cleanliness at all times
• lifting required
• Standing for long periods of time
• Enthusiastically brief guests on safety rules before entering the track
• Assist guests with needed safety equipment
• Control races in a safe manner to maximize the FUN for guests
• Efficiently load, unload, and charge karts
