    Enthusiasm for competing should be infectious.

  2. Represent Shared Values

    Exemplify the highest levels of sportsmanship and respect for competitors while bettering race culture off-track.

  3. Provide Visibility

    Contribute to the K1 Speed brand through various media channels and public appearance opportunities.

Evaluation

Every application will be reviewed by the K1 Speed team, with special attention paid to:

    Results, accomplishments, and growth potential.

  2. Brand Alignment

    How well personal image and values align with our own.

    Existing reputation and presence in the community.
