The cart I had during time trial was very slow, giving an unfair advantage to other drivers. I observed the same cart being lapped when other participants were using it.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. It was our first time and they guided us kindly and professionally. The track itself is a bit short, but it's still fun as the speed of the karts are spot-on for such a track. The only downside is the costly ticket prices. Around 26 dollars really is a bit too much for a 12-laps race.

I thought at first the concrete floor would not have enough traction, compared to the rubber track surface in your other facilities. However, it was fun sliding the carts a bit more than usual. The track seemed shorter than the Irvine track and could have used a few less cars on the track at one time; it was hard to get in a clean lap without closing in on a slower driver. The slower drivers got started in the front of the pack and that immediately held up everyone so the first lap or two turned into a bump fest. It might help if the slower drivers start in the back so you could get a couple of clean laps before you hit traffic; I thought that is how it is done in Irvine. My teenage daughter was bumped a lot by a rowdy group of guys so her experience wasn’t as pleasant as it could have been. PLEASE THANK the manager on duty for recognizing that. He not only apologized to her but gave us a race credit as well without us even mentioning anything to him, overall, we had a good time and will go back next time we visit Phoenix.

Had lots of fun. Arcade was nice and place is clean. Only complaint is some people on this day took racing way too serious and push it hard. Someone could get hurt. Ofcourse waiver is signed,etc. But feels like need to be more fun than like being in a circuit racing finals.
