New 10 4 10 Tracks All K1 Speed locations utilize the best available barrier safety systems from TechPro which are CIK and FIA approved.

Efficiently absorbs impacts
Minimizes equipment breakage and impact on drivers
Cancels a boomerang effect
Obtains an anti-embedded effect
Obtains an anti-slow down effect

The TechPro safety barrier is not fixed to the ground and is intended to move with impact to decrease forces on the driver and kart during a crash to reduce injuries. The barrier may make incidental contact with the driver and kart. As a consequence of this intended barrier crash reaction, and because the barrier is intended to cancel the boomerang effect and increase ride down time and crash forces, the kart may be captured under the barrier, which may ride up onto a portion of the kart. This barrier reaction to impacts and crashes is intended to prevent further serious injuries to drivers that would otherwise occur if the barrier was fixed and static.
