With the holiday season approaching, we love thinking about all the great food we’ll get to eat – pumpkin pie, oven-roasted turkey, stuffing, egg nog, chocolate, the list goes on. Unfortunately, many aren’t as lucky – one in six struggles with hunger due to poverty in the United States alone.
At K1 Speed, we’re giving back to our community by hosting a national food drive to benefit the local food banks near our U.S. centers. The K1 Speed Food Drive allows us to support those who are in need, while offering an exclusive discount to racers that donate. Together, we can help speed towards a future where no one goes hungry.
Starting Wednesday, Nov. 1st through Wednesday, Nov. 15th, guests will be able to purchase a K1 SpeedPass for $45 (normally $50) with a minimum donation of (5) five canned food items.
With the K1 SpeedPass, racers will enjoy (2) two races, annual license and a select K1 Speed t-shirt. Your races never expire and license is good for one year upon registration. License includes free use of a helmet, (1) one headsock for you to keep and bring with you on your next visit, online scoring, monthly email offers and access to our mobile app.
Stop by your local K1 Speed today to help out your community, receive a discount, and enjoy some fantastic racing with a much fuller heart.
