K1 Speed is known worldwide for its upscale indoor go kart racing experience. Our go karts are 100% electric, so you won’t breathe in exhaust while racing nor reek of gas when you leave.

And wait until you try our Italian karts. These aren’t like those huge, slow, heavy and dirty “go karts” used at family fun centers like mini golf joints. Our karts are small, light, nimble and the fastest in the industry – approaching speeds of up to 45mph in a matter of seconds. It’s a full-on adrenaline rush that’s sure to produce nothing but smiles and laughter from all of your racers.

When you rent one of our tracks, you can customize your race format. Use the track as an open time trial session and compete for best lap time. Or create your own miniature grand prix experience with sessions for practice, qualifying and a final race for position. The choice is yours.

Track 1 is perfect for intermediate to advanced racers* looking for an extra challenge. This track features two high speed sections with a tight hairpin turns and a series of switchbacks.

Track 2 is perfect for all skill levels and both junior and adult karts. This track never gives you time to rest, as it delivers corner after corner to negotiate. There’s a nice, natural flow to this track and once you find the rhythm, you’ll be dancing your way to consistently quick lap times!

K1 Speed Irvine has two different rooms you can rent by the hour as well. These are perfect to use as cool-down rooms, a place to enjoy meals and drinks, or just a spot to hang out away from the general public.

Track rentals means lots of racing. And lots of racing means hungry racers. Make sure you add some catering to your private track day!
