Champions of the Future America Announced
WINCHESTER, Calif., December 2, 2025 — RGMMC Group, a global leader in international karting promotion and the organization behind the highly acclaimed “Champions of the Future” series, today announced a landmark partnership with K1 to launch Champions of the Future America, a new initiative designed to elevate the next generation of American motorsport talent and create new pathways through the sport.
This collaboration marks a major milestone in bringing a new format of competitive karting platform to the U.S. market, giving young American drivers access to the same professional standards, organization, technology, and competitive environment that have helped shape numerous current elite motorsport athletes.
“America is the largest karting market, and partnering with K1 allows us to bring a proven development pathway to a country with passion, scale, and talent. While bridging the gap between Europe and the United States,” said James Geidel, CEO of RGMMC.
K1, a recognized leader in American karting and motorsport entertainment since 2003 with brands K1 Speed and K1 Circuit, will bring its national footprint, industry knowledge, and strong community of young racers to the partnership. Together, RGMMC and K1 will introduce a series of events and programs focused on doing things differently.
“K1’s ambition is to introduce casual indoor go-kart racers to the world of outdoor karting as part of the pathway to professional motorsport,” said K1’s Founder and CEO, David Danglard. “By partnering with Champions of the Future in North America, we can achieve this goal and give our drivers the best opportunity to pursue their racing dreams.”

How does this help kart racers from outside the west coast? Since this series will only be at K1 circuit in California, racers living Massachusetts like my son couldn’t possibly be in California for these events. While I like that K1 is trying to bring opportunities to kart racers in the US this schedule blocks out talent from the rest of the country

Hi, David! Since this is our first year, we’re keeping operations close to home. This is just the beginning, and things will only get bigger from here.
