Champions of the Future America (COTF America), the new recently announced karting series from global karting promoter RGMMC and U.S. karting leader K1, is proud to announce the substantial prize packages, official tire provider, and strategic roadmap for its inaugural 2026 season. 

REGISTRATION OPEN FOR ROUND 1 

The wait is over. Registration is officially open for the historic debut of Champions of the Future America. 

The season kicks off at the series’ home venue, K1 Circuit in Winchester, CA, on January 30 – February 1, 2026. Drivers across all classes—Mini U10, Mini, KA100 (Junior, Senior, Heritage), X30 Pro, and KZ (Pro, Heritage) — are invited to secure their grid spots immediately. 

PRO CLASS PAYOUTS & FORMULA 4 TRAINING OPPORTUNITY

With a mission to bring European-style prestige to North American soil, COTF America is backing its debut with non-cash and cash prizes valued at over $130,000. 

Headlining the prize package is a special offering for the KZ Pro Champion. 

The 2026 KZ Pro Champion will receive an all-expenses-paid Formula 4 Training Program at Winfield Racing School. This prestigious school, located at Circuit Paul Ricard in Le Castellet, France, has trained racing icons such as F1 World Champions Alain Prost and Damon Hill, in addition to current stars like Red Bull Racing’s Isack Hadjar and 2025 F1 Academy Champion, Doriane Pin. Valued at $8,000, this intensive three-day program offers the champion a true introduction to the single-seater environment.

Meanwhile, the remaining KZ Pro podium places and all other categories will receive lucrative prizes.

KZ Pro Championship Podium: 

• 1st Place: Winfield Racing School F4 Training Program ($8,000 value) 

• 2nd Place: $3,000 cash 

• 3rd Place: $1,500 cash 

X30 Pro / KA 100 Junior / KA 100 Senior Championship Podium: 

• 1st Place: $5,000 cash 

• 2nd Place: $2,500 cash 

• 3rd Place: $1,000 cash 

Micro / Mini / Heritage Championship Podium: 

• 1st Place: $1,000 cash 

• 2nd Place: $500 cash 

• 3rd Place: $250 cash

In addition to year-end championship awards, competitors will battle for immediate rewards at every round of the series.

TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP 

Recognizing the vital role teams play in the paddock, Champions of the Future America will award a $5,000 cash prize to the Team Championship winner, based on total points accumulated across all classes throughout the season.

Ensuring a high level of competition and on-track consistency, Champions of the Future America is proud to announce Presa by Maxxis as the Official Tire of the 2026 season. 

Selected for their durability and performance characteristics, Presa will serve as the spec tire across all competition classes. This partnership guarantees a stable platform for teams to optimize their setups while allowing driver talent to remain the decisive factor in the championship battle. 

REGULATIONS & STRATEGIC EVOLUTION 

Champions of the Future America is dedicated to bridging the gap between domestic racing and the world stage. For the inaugural 2026 season, the championship will operate under rules similar to other karting series in the country.  

This approach provides a familiar competitive environment for U.S. teams and drivers while laying the groundwork for strategic evolution. To better prepare American talent for international competition, the series intends to progressively align more closely with CIK-FIA regulations in future seasons. This phased evolution is designed to seamlessly acclimate American karters to world-championship standards without immediate disruption.
