Hello, Anthony! Typically, you’ll need to purchase a license separately unless you buy a Speedpass (which includes the license). However, this promotion does include the license – you do not need to purchase the license separately today (Monday). This promotion is scheduled to end after today (July 28th), but there’s always a chance we may extend it – keep your eyes on this page just in case we do.

Hi Alex, races never expire! If your license expires after a year with races left on your account, the races will still appear when you sign in at K1 Speed. You’ll just need to renew the license at the front desk.

How old do you have to be to get a license?

Hi John! K1 Speed follows a height requirement instead of an age requirement. All junior racers will need to be at least 48” (4’) tall to race on track. All teen/adult racers will need to be at least 58” (4’10”) to race our larger, faster go-karts.
Of course, drivers will need to demonstrate safe operation of the kart, which is up to the manager’s discretion.

Hi Emilio, if you already own a license, the expiration date will be updated to reflect 365 days after your “Members Only” purchase. To answer your question… yes! You could go every other Monday for the deal and each time, your license expiration date would be reset to 365 days since the most recent purchase.
