Indoor Go-Kart Racing Columbus

K1 Speed is a premier indoor entertainment hub located in Hilliard, Ohio, offering a thrilling and exciting experience for guests throughout Franklin County and the greater Columbus area. As a top destination for year-round fun, our 180-person maximum-capacity facility is built around a commitment to high-performance entertainment. Free parking is available as part of the Mill Run shopping mall.

Track Layout

The Columbus track is elevated and features both uphill and downhill sections. Drivers start with a left hairpin after the starting line. From there, the track winds around with mostly right-hand turns until Turn 9. Racers feel the elevation change as they accelerate up the track, followed by a few turns on the second story. The track’s biggest straightaway (and your best chance to overtake) begins with a downhill section, followed by more straightaway into the final turn.

The go-karts used at the Hilliard indoor karting track are 100 percent electric and equipped with an extended roll bar, a 4-point safety harness, and an adjustable wheel for added safety measures. Electric karts mean no toxic fumes like those associated with gas karts in indoor settings. Read our in-depth analysis: Electric vs Gas Karts.
