Indoor Go-Kart Racing Canton

K1 Speed is the definitive indoor entertainment destination in Canton, Ohio, providing a complete and dynamic experience for guests throughout Stark County and the greater Akron-Canton region. As a premier hub for year-round excitement, our facility is built around a collection of captivating activities for all ages. A central highlight is our authentic karting, where competitors pilot advanced, all-electric karts on a challenging road course, delivering a genuine, high-G racing experience for beginners and experts alike.

K1 Speed Canton has a very special feature – it’s indoor-outdoor karting track! Currently the only one of its kind in all of K1 Speed’s locations, Canton’s track opens its outdoor track in the spring season until it gets too cold (typically late fall or later).

The indoor-outdoor track is a must-race when it’s open. Not only does it allow indoor racers the chance to feel the outdoor breeze on their skin, but it also extends lap time, and therefore track time, by at least 50% every lap! As a result, these races are 8 laps but give you around the same amount of track time as our 12-lap indoor-only races.

Company-wide, K1 Speed is proud to use electric karts, which promote guest well-being and sustainable racing. At K1, you don’t have to worry about inhaling gas fumes like at other places; just focus on improving your racing line! Here are some other benefits of electric karts versus gas karts.
